Software
Using intelligent software the images are automatically de-skewed and auto-cropped making every image easy to view and should the images be printed there is no toner wastage due to unwanted black borders. Each image is viewed at the time of scanning to ensure a 100% quality audit.

Large Format Scanning
We can scan Architect's plans and Technical Drawings up to 36 inches wide. That includes A3 to A0 drawings. These can be kept as individual files or integrated within small format scanning and saved collectively as a PDF files.

OCR and Barcode
Barcodes and OCR form data can be read as the document is scanned, speeding up the data entry process. Full page OCR is also available.
CD Mastering
The scanned images are written onto a CD containing comprehensive retrieval and viewing software. Simply insert the CD and the auto-run feature will load the application ready for use. images are retrieved instantly and can be printed, pasted into word or similar programs and faxed directly without any loss of quality.
