Scanning
We now have high volume colour scanners which can convert the most awkward documents to high quality images. Highlighted text and carbon copies show up perfectly. And it's cheaper than you think!
Using state of the art equipment manufactured by Kodak Ltd. we can convert your back-file or image your 'on- going' documents quickly and easily onto the media of your choice. Whether you require a stand alone system or image integration into an enterprise workflow system we will provide a service second to none.
Software
Using intelligent software the images are automatically de-skewed and auto-cropped making every image easy to view and should the images be printed there is no toner wastage due to unwanted black borders. Each image is viewed at the time of scanning to ensure a 100% quality audit.
CD Mastering
After document imaging, the scanned images are written onto a CD containing comprehensive retrieval and viewing software. Simply insert the CD and the auto-run feature will load the application ready for use. images are retrieved instantly and can be printed, pasted into word or similar programs and faxed directly without any loss of quality.
Access on the net

OCR and Barcode
Barcodes and OCR form data can be read as the document is scanned, speeding up the data entry process. Full page OCR is also available.
